I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Business & Marketing Planning and Execution

- Ensure growth in sales, market share, and product coverage

- Execute activities related to the development and expansion of product lines and market segments

2. Strategic Partnership Development and Maintenance

- Implement collaboration programs with universities, hospitals, and other relevant organizations.

- Plan and organize training programs to enhance product lines and increase brand engagement with partner organizations

- Ensure proper brand/company awareness

3. Team Management and Leadership

- Recruit and train the sales team about products knowledge

- Lead the team to achieve KPIs and business objectives

4. Market Analysis and Reporting

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and adjust business strategies.

- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of strategies and business campaigns.

- Propose improvements to enhance sales performance.

5. Product Training

- Acquire in-depth product knowledge and effectively train internal and external stakeholders

- Develop training materials and courses about the products for the company’s platform

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. 
- Experience in B2B Sales Management (>5 years) in business development 
- Excellent negotiation, and communication skills 
- Visionary with analytical & strategic thinking 
- Expert communicator in both Vietnamese and English with impactful presentation abilities 
- Effective partnership builder with influential communication skills, strong leadership and managerial capabilities 
- Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude and maturity
